Tarot Zen ("Uygulama"), tarot kartı çekme, açılım yapma ve isteğe bağlı olarak yapay zekâ (AI) destekli kişisel yorumlar alma imkânı sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, Uygulama'nın hangi verileri işlediğini, neden işlediğini ve haklarınızı açıklar. Uygulama bir hesap oluşturmayı gerektirmez.
2. İşlenen Veriler
Profil bilgileri (isteğe bağlı): Ad/rumuz, doğum tarihi, burç, cinsiyet, ilişki durumu, meslek, odak alanı ve yorum tarzı tercihi. Bu bilgiler cihazınızda saklanır ve yalnızca AI yorumu istediğinizde, yorumu kişiselleştirmek amacıyla sunucumuza gönderilir.
Fal içeriği: Seçtiğiniz açılım, çekilen kartlar ve yazdığınız soru, AI yorumu üretilirken sunucumuza iletilir. Fal geçmişiniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Anonim kurulum kimliği: Kuruluma özgü rastgele bir kimlik (UUID), günlük ücretsiz yorum hakkını ve Premium abonelik durumunu takip etmek için kullanılır. Kişisel bilgi içermez.
Satın alma doğrulaması: Premium abonelik satın aldığınızda, Google Play satın alma anahtarı (purchase token) aboneliği doğrulamak için sunucumuza gönderilir. Ödeme bilgilerinize (kart vb.) hiçbir zaman erişmeyiz; ödemeler tamamen Google Play tarafından işlenir.

4. Veri Paylaşımı
AI yorumları, profil ve fal içeriğinizi bizim adımıza işleyen bir yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcısı aracılığıyla üretilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi politikaları ve bizimle yaptıkları sözleşmeler çerçevesinde işler. Yasal zorunluluklar dışında başka üçüncü taraflarla veri paylaşılmaz.
5. Rıza (AB/AEA/BK Kullanıcıları)
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'taki kullanıcılara, reklam kişiselleştirme tercihlerini yönetebilecekleri bir rıza formu (Google UMP) gösterilir. Rızanızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama üzerinden değiştirebilirsiniz.
6. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Profil ve fal geçmişi cihazınızda tutulur; uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz.

1. Overview
Tarot Zen (the "App") is a mobile application for drawing tarot cards, laying out spreads and optionally receiving AI-powered personal interpretations. This policy explains what data the App processes, why, and your rights. The App does not require an account.
2. Data We Process
Profile details (optional): name/nickname, birth date, zodiac sign, gender, relationship status, occupation, life focus and preferred reading tone. Stored on your device and sent to our server only when you request an AI interpretation, to personalize it.
Reading content: the spread you choose, drawn cards and any question you type are sent to our server when generating an AI interpretation. Your reading history is stored only on your device.
Anonymous install ID: a random per-install identifier (UUID) used to track the daily free-reading quota and Premium entitlement. It contains no personal information.
Purchase verification: when you buy the Premium subscription, the Google Play purchase token is sent to our server to verify the subscription. We never see your payment details; payments are handled entirely by Google Play.
Advertising data: the free tier shows rewarded ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers (advertising ID), IP address and ad-interaction data under Google's privacy policy. See Google Privacy Policy and Google Advertising Technologies.

We never sell your data.
4. Sharing
AI interpretations are produced via an AI service provider that processes your profile and reading content on our behalf. Ads are served by Google AdMob. These providers process data under their own policies and our agreements with them. No other third parties receive data except where required by law.
5. Consent (EEA/UK Users)
Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a consent form (Google UMP) to manage ad-personalization choices. You can change your consent at any time from within the app.
6. Retention & Deletion
Profile and reading history live on your device; delete them by clearing app data or uninstalling.
Server-side quota/subscription records are keyed to the anonymous install ID and are not kept longer than operationally necessary.
You can email us with deletion requests.
7. Security
All network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
8. Children
The App is not directed at users under 18. Tarot content is for entertainment only and is not medical, legal or financial advice.

Lesungsinhalte: gewählter Spread, gezogene Karten und Ihre Frage werden zur Erstellung der KI-Deutung an unseren Server übermittelt. Ihr Lesungsverlauf wird nur auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert.
Anonyme Installations-ID: eine zufällige Kennung (UUID) zur Verwaltung des täglichen Gratis-Kontingents und des Premium-Abonnements. Sie enthält keine personenbezogenen Daten.
Kaufverifizierung: beim Kauf des Premium-Abos wird das Google-Play-Kauftoken zur Verifizierung an unseren Server gesendet. Zahlungsdaten sehen wir nie; Zahlungen wickelt ausschließlich Google Play ab.
Werbedaten: die Gratisversion zeigt Rewarded Ads über Google AdMob. AdMob kann Gerätekennungen (Werbe-ID), IP-Adresse und Anzeigeninteraktionen gemäß Googles Datenschutzerklärung verarbeiten. Siehe Google-Datenschutzerklärung.

Profil und Verlauf liegen auf Ihrem Gerät; löschen Sie sie über die App-Daten oder durch Deinstallation.
Serverseitige Kontingent-/Abo-Einträge sind an die anonyme Installations-ID gebunden und werden nicht länger als nötig aufbewahrt.
Löschanfragen per E-Mail sind möglich.
7. Sicherheit

Datos de perfil (opcionales): nombre/apodo, fecha de nacimiento, signo zodiacal, género, estado sentimental, ocupación, enfoque vital y tono de lectura preferido. Se guardan en su dispositivo y solo se envían a nuestro servidor al solicitar una interpretación de IA, para personalizarla.
Contenido de la lectura: la tirada elegida, las cartas y su pregunta se envían a nuestro servidor al generar la interpretación. Su historial se guarda solo en su dispositivo.
ID anónimo de instalación: un identificador aleatorio (UUID) para gestionar la cuota diaria gratuita y la suscripción Premium. No contiene información personal.
Verificación de compras: al comprar la suscripción Premium, el token de compra de Google Play se envía a nuestro servidor para verificarla. Nunca vemos sus datos de pago; los pagos los procesa íntegramente Google Play.
Datos publicitarios: la versión gratuita muestra anuncios recompensados de Google AdMob. AdMob puede procesar identificadores del dispositivo (ID de publicidad), dirección IP y datos de interacción según la Política de Privacidad de Google.
3. Finalidades
Generar interpretaciones personales de tarot con IA (funcionalidad de la app),
Gestionar la cuota diaria gratuita y la suscripción Premium,

4. Compartición
Las interpretaciones se generan mediante un proveedor de IA que procesa su perfil y el contenido de la lectura en nuestro nombre. Los anuncios los sirve Google AdMob. Ningún otro tercero recibe datos salvo obligación legal.
5. Consentimiento (EEE/RU)
A los usuarios del Espacio Económico Europeo y del Reino Unido se les muestra un formulario de consentimiento (Google UMP). Puede cambiar su consentimiento en cualquier momento desde la app.
6. Conservación y eliminación
El perfil y el historial residen en su dispositivo; elimínelos borrando los datos de la app o desinstalándola.

Contenu du tirage : le tirage choisi, les cartes et votre question sont transmis à notre serveur lors de la génération de l'interprétation. Votre historique n'est conservé que sur votre appareil.
Identifiant anonyme d'installation : un identifiant aléatoire (UUID) servant à gérer le quota quotidien gratuit et l'abonnement Premium. Il ne contient aucune donnée personnelle.
Vérification d'achat : lors de l'achat de l'abonnement Premium, le jeton d'achat Google Play est envoyé à notre serveur pour vérification. Nous ne voyons jamais vos données de paiement ; les paiements sont entièrement gérés par Google Play.
Données publicitaires : la version gratuite affiche des annonces avec récompense via Google AdMob. AdMob peut traiter des identifiants d'appareil (ID publicitaire), l'adresse IP et des données d'interaction conformément à la Politique de confidentialité de Google.
